How to Book

Choose your appointment
- 1 gem — choose this if you know you only want one single round gem.
- 2–5 gems — choose this for almost anything else on the standard price list, or if you aren't sure exactly what you want yet.
- 6+ gems — choose this for large custom/mega sets.

Hi, I'm Eka.
I'm a certified tooth-gem technician specialising exclusively in tooth-gem design and application. I've been working with tooth gems since 2022 and focus on safe application, high-quality materials, hygiene and creating designs that actually work with your individual tooth anatomy.
You don't need to know exactly what you want before you arrive. We can look through the crystals together, discuss your inspiration and find the placement and design that suits your smile.

How long does a tooth-gem appointment take?
ONE GEM
Around 15 minutes
For a single round gem when you already know you want something simple.
2–5 GEMS
Book 1 hour
Perfect if you want a design, multiple gems, a butterfly, shaped crystals, or if you're still deciding.
6+ GEMS

Cosmetic teeth whitening
Whiter teeth, without peroxide
The procedure and the steps are exactly the same as in a dental office. The only difference is that my gel is 0% peroxide, and I still whiten with a blue light — the strongest on the market right now.
60 minutes
Three 20-minute sessions done one after another, counted as one single session.
Lasts a year or more
It depends on your eating habits and oral hygiene. Even after a year you never go back to your original shade — your teeth stay lighter than the colour you started with, even if they darken slightly.
Enamel only
The lightening only happens in the enamel, so it is not damaging to your dentine or your teeth overall.
Repeat after 3 months
You can repeat sessions in a three-month period. Earlier than that would not give your teeth enough time to recover.
How the colour change works
The molecule in the tooth is broken down to a singular bond, which creates the white colour. Gradually over time it grows back to a double bond, which is why the shade slowly settles.
With 0% peroxide the damage done is close to none, but I still recommend three months between sessions purely out of precaution. If you were to whiten very frequently — say every month — your enamel could thin and not have enough time to remineralise. Again, we are talking about a very small scale here.
The only side effect is potential sensitivity for up to 24 hours.

New to tooth gems?
Tooth gems are cosmetic dental jewellery bonded to the surface of a natural tooth using dental-grade materials. Standard tooth-gem application does not require drilling or making holes in the tooth.
They are temporary and reversible, and they normally last around 6–12 months or longer depending on placement, aftercare, eating habits and other factors.
Before you book
Natural teeth
Tooth-gem materials are intended for natural teeth and do not bond in the same way to veneers/crowns.
Pregnancy & breastfeeding
Eka does not provide tooth-gem application during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Dental problems
Clients with active dental problems, inflamed gums, recent dental surgery or similar contraindications should not receive the service until appropriate.
Braces / retainers / Invisalign
Clients should mention these when booking so placement can be discussed.
Inspiration pictures
Clients are welcome to bring inspiration photos.

Before Booking
How do I book an appointment?
Select the number of gems, your preferred date and time in the online booking system, add any instructions and pay the €10 booking fee to confirm your spot.
I don't know what I want yet — can I still book?
Yes. Select 2–5 gems and we can look through the crystals together and decide on your final design at the appointment.
Can I get tooth gems while pregnant or breastfeeding?
Eka does not provide tooth-gem application during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
I wear braces, a retainer or Invisalign — is that a problem?
Please mention it when booking so the placement can be discussed before your appointment.
Can I bring inspiration pictures?
Yes, you are very welcome to bring inspiration photos.

How long does an appointment take?

Safety
Does the application damage my teeth?
Not at all. Standard tooth-gem application does not require drilling or making holes in the tooth. The gem is bonded to the surface of the natural tooth with dental-grade materials and can be removed later.
Does it hurt?
No. There is no drilling and no injection — most clients find the appointment completely comfortable.

How is a tooth gem applied?
The tooth surface is prepared and the gem is bonded to the enamel using professional dental bonding materials, then cured with a curing light.
Aftercare
How long do tooth gems last?
Normally around 6–12 months or longer, depending on placement, aftercare, eating habits and other factors.
Can I still brush my teeth normally?
Yes. Brush as usual and be a little gentler directly around the gem.

What if my gem falls off?
Message Eka — fallen gems, warranty and re-application are handled case by case depending on how long you had the gem and what happened.
Can the gem be removed?
Yes. Tooth gems are temporary and reversible and can be removed professionally.
Dental Health
Can I get a gem if I have a cavity or inflamed gums?
Clients with active dental problems, inflamed gums or recent dental surgery should not receive the service until it is appropriate.
Food & Drinks
Can I drink coffee?
Yes. Coffee, tea and red wine can stain teeth over time in general, but they do not remove the gem.
When can I eat after my appointment?
You cannot eat for 2 hours after the appointment, and avoid biting hard directly onto the gem.

How do I pay?
The €10 booking fee is paid by card when you book online. Please bring cash for the rest, as there is no card terminal at the studio.
Is the booking fee refundable?
The €10 booking fee is non-refundable, but it counts towards your final price.
